Brenda Fellows, Ph.D. is President and CEO of Fellows Corporate Consortium. She is an Organizational Psychologist and corporate consultant to multinational corporations. Dr. Fellows is a graduate of The Union Institute and University with a doctorate in Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Social Psychology and Human Resource Management.
Dr. Fellows has spent her fifteen-year professional career in sales and marketing management, training and development, finance and administration, operations management, regional and district employee and business development.
Dr. Fellows' award winning research and development interests are in creating effective containers for diverse bodies to work and grow together. She has found that building capacity in people and systems allows organizations and their leaders to add enormous value to the outcomes critical to their success.
Recently, her work has focused on helping women move beyond the glass and concrete ceilings in corporations, building more effective containers for women to employ mentoring and emotional intelligence as catalysts for change and development, creating strategic visions for organizations to move beyond a troubled past to an energized future. Marilyn K. Easter, Ed.D. is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. She is an award winning professor of Business Communications, corporate consultant, motivational speaker, author, and a former Director of the Marketing and Management Program at UC Berkeley with over 20 years of expertise in her field of specialty.
Dr. Easter is a contributing writer for 14 major daily and weekly papers in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Sacraments. Due to her academic successes, she was featured I the College of San Mateo Museum, as an outstanding woman in education.
Dr. Easter has appeared on radio and talk shows discussing Proposition 209 it effects on Higher Education, which led to an Emmy Nomination. She is featured in several national and local publications and newspapers including Time Magazine, Sports Illustrated, U. S. News, and Newsweek.
Dr. Easter has published one book and over 60 peer reviewed journal articles centering on communication in the workplace and barriers that impede persons from moving to team-based environments in corporate settings.

Elizabeth D. Taylor, Ph.D. is and Organizational Development consultant, professor and graduate of The Union Institute and University. She has over 20 years of experience in her field of study. She acted as Chair of the Master's Program at John F. Kennedy University. She is the founder of Wisdom To Go headquartered in Phoenix, AZ.
Dr. Taylor is a recognized leader in the field of personal development, organizational/social development and transformation, applied spirituality. She imparts relevant, essential, and state-of-the-art training and consultation to multinational corporations, non-profit, and public organizations.
Dr. Taylor's experience in organizational and social transformation spans 15 years. Her background and knowledge in metaphysics spans 26 years. Claudewell S. Thomas M.D. is a graduate of Yale University and Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a Tavistock trained corporate consultant and diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and the American Board of Forensic Medicine with over 42 years of expertise in his field of study.
He is a member of the American College of Psychiatrists, the American College of Forensic Examiners, the American Sociological Association and the American Public Health Association. Dr. Thomas was Chairman and Professor of Psychiatry at Drew Medical School in Los Angeles, Vice Chairman of Psychiatry at UCLA, Professor and Chair of Psychiatry at UMDN-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, Associate Professor of Psychiatry Public Health and Sociology at Yale University, and an Adjunct Professor at The Union Institute and University of Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Thomas was a 1997 Awardee of the Yale Distinguished Psychiatric Alumnus Award. Dr. Thomas appeared in seven Who's Who simultaneously: Who's Who in the West, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, Who's Who in American Education, Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare, and Who's Who in Finance.
Dr. Thomas served as Director of the Division of Mental Health Service Programs at the National Institute of Mental Health during the Nixon Administration, saw military service as a reserve medical officer of the 514th Tactical Wing Mitchell Field Mineola New York, and was on active duty as Base Psychiatrist of the 6022nd USAF Hospital PACAFAPO 994 San Francisco (Johnson Airforce Base Irumgawa, Japan).
He was a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Panel of Psychiatrists and Psychologists and a psychiatric consultant for the Los Angeles County Dual Diagnosis Program for the Homeless operating out of Los Angeles' skid row where he served for six months as acting Medical Director for Tokanui Hospital Te Awamutu New Zealand.
Dr. Thomas' consultation experience centered on public and private healthcare organizations focusing on structural analysis for small and large groups, interactions. Dr. Thomas is the author and editor of three books and over fifty academic journal articles.
B. Lynn Ware, Ph.D. is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and the founder and President of Integral Talent Systems, Inc., (ITS) an internationally known management and training consulting firm specializing in talent management issues. ITS is a pioneer in the talent management field as the company was the first consulting firm dedicated to this workplace issue that began emerging in the U.S. during 1996 and has since become a global concern.
Dr. Ware is frequently engaged with corporate clients to provide guidance on how to create "employer of choice" environments, so that they can attract and keep the best talent in their respective industries. ITS provides this guidance by continually conducting independent research in talent management, staying abreast of current corporate and work place trends and best practices and creating innovative products and services regarding this topic.

Lloyd C. Williams, Ph.D. is an Organizational Psychologist, consultant, author, speaker and professor with over 25 years of experience in the consulting arena, and graduate of Yale University and The Union Institute and University. He is the founder of The Institute of Transformative Thought & Learning headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Williams the author of five books in Organizational Development and Change Management and regularly provides executive, professional and professional coaching to managers and leaders around the country.
Dr. Williams' expertise focuses on the creation of capacity development in learners to expand their opportunities for creative thought and action in their workplace; with particular attention to the balance created to ensure successful and high quality performance in both personal and organizational environments. To him, work or play without balance, leads to dysfunction and harmful actions that thwart human and organizational performance. Her expertise is in the area of Organizational Behavior with a focus on Personality Testing; Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Executive Leadership, Team-Building, Conflict Resolution, Dialogue, Personal Development, Employee-Assistance Treatment Planning/Intervention, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. Her expansive knowledge and expertise also includes Media Relations centering on corporate sponsorship, policies and regulation development.
Her esteemed fifteen year professional career has been as acting Director of Training & Development for Management Research Associates in Pennsylvania, and as Therapist at the Meadowood Behavioral Hospital (inpatient/outpatient), New Castle, Delaware. Douglas V. Davidson is a Professor of Sociology at Western Michigan University and a Core Faculty Member of the Graduate College at The Union Institute & University. Dr. Davidson has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley with substantive knowledge in the areas of: sociological and community development, systemic process of organizational alignments, sociology of education, sociology of colonialism, and third world development. His extensive expertise centers on overseeing the development of the Ethnic Studies Department at the University of California at Berkeley and Director of Black Studies/Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Massachusetts. He is an author, consultant and speaker.
Dr. Davidson aggressively challenges and explores issues of social and cultural development that are influenced by Anthropology and Sociology. He explores the integration of organizational systemic issues impacting persons sociologically and psychologically. His life’s work centers on exploring the major issues of social responsibility that arise in the relationship between people who make up an organization and the larger society to which that organization belongs, as well as the challenges and complexity of high-involvement management in the postmodern organizations of the global community.font>
Currently Dr. Davidson is engaged in designing models for incorporating multicultural perspectives and content into the liberal arts curriculum in post-secondary education at Western Michigan University. This is a “natural” extension of his academic and political commitment to empowering all persons in both the corporate and academic arena through the educational process.
Dr. Leland K. Hall, Sr. has a doctorate in Psychology/Mental Health Administration from The Union Institute & University. His expertise as an administrator and consultant in both the public and private arena centers on Organizational Development, Administration and Policy Analysis, Health and Human Services, Community Development/Organization, Social Service Planning/Development, Individual/Group Psychotherapy and Social Work and spans thirty years.
During his tenure as Special Assistant to the Commissioner of Mental Health Services in the Office of Commission on Mental Health Services, Special Assistant for Research to the Chief Clinical Officer in the Office of Training and Standards, and Special Assistant to the Chairman in the Department of Psychiatry in Washington, D.C., Dr. Hall furthered his expertise by becoming a consultant to numerous universities, national institutes of health, community health and group relations organizations.
Dr. Hall aggressively exhibits both a humanism that fosters equity in the development of systemic inclusion for all persons in organizational systems and a commitment to organizational development.
